2cOlive Oil

Place all ingredients except oil in a mortar and crush until coarse, or process in a mini food processor or grinder. Funnel into a pint bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Add the oil and close the bottle tightly. Store in a sunny place for at least a week. Strain if desired and decant. Store in a cool dry place. Makes 1 pint.
